It doesn't matter if they think the man dies in you for keeping silent in the face of tyranny.

When your ego is crushed by some sheer arrogance and all you can say in response to being cursed is, 'I love you'.  It doesn't matter  if the world construes this as a demonstration of weakness.

It takes only a great mind to understand that being quiet actually requires more strength than an outburst. You exert more power on your opponent by keeping silent.  If you must fight back at every slightest provocation, you're not any stronger than your aggressor.

'I do apologise' is not an admission of guilt. Only shallow minded people see it as such.

'Thank you' is not always an acknowledgement of a favour.  By this I mean it is ok to say thank you to someone who declined your request.

It doesn't really matter what interpretation is accorded your words or actions.  What really matters is to focus on the positives.

Be kind even when your kindness is taken for foolishness. It doesn't really matter if they paid you evil for good.

Even when they think you're an easy prey and come back to take from you again, give again.  A taker is always in need.  The hand that gives is always on top.

It sure ain't matter a bit what the narrow-minded people may think. Be good. Be generous. Be kind. Be lovely. Be humble. Be obliging. Be honest. Be reliable. Be open-minded.

By this, you'll be able to overlook the blindness of the narrow-minded man on his narrow-minded way. And, you will be happy.
